Matthew's first order of business was to identify opportunities to improve our digital development process. He focused on standing up an internal agency model to cover strategy, creative, and ops and he gave me the opportunity to stand up a UX design function for the first time at Highmark....{He} helped us demonstrate the value of user research in our projects, socializing the criticality of the function with business stakeholders throughout the company and supporting the team in a new function that was unfamiliar to many of our partners. |
